Contented’s success comes from working as a team, internally and with our clients. For us, a team is a group of people that looks out for each other. We start each week asking how we can help each other, how we can be dynamic with our workloads, understanding what we each need if we, our work, and our clients are to succeed.
We are honest with our clients in the work that needs to be done to get their content to where it needs to be – sometimes that means being radical and persistent. We’re honest about deadlines and we’re open with each other when we need help.
Starting and growing a company in arguably the most difficult two years of our generation shows resilience. And we are producing content around this subject for our clients, too, with both AGRA’s and AECF‘s Annual Reports, and AGRF’s 2021 content campaign centred around resilience and crisis response this year. We must be resilient to survive and thrive.
