I was born in Leicester, but I have been based in Manchester since moving here to study Graphic Design in 1989. Following university I spent 15 years involved with a large range of design projects for several UK record labels and various independent musicians.
It was a fun but somewhat chaotic period, and following the birth of our two children 15 years ago I became self employed so that my work would fit better around family life. During this time I’ve worked for a diverse collection of companies and clients, but it’s mostly been arts based, charity or public sector. I would describe my design work as aiming to be clean, sharp and distinctive – and hopefully timeless.
Outside graphic design my passions are cinema, house plants, cycling and painting. I also enjoy a good coffee and biscuit.
